FREIGHT POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF SALE All
merchandise is sold on the basis of non-return with exception to shipping errors or damaged goods, which will be replaced. (not credited) All returns of defective goods or shipping errors must be pre-authorised and may be subject to a 25% handling charge. Returned goods must be clean, in good condition and in its original packaging or additional charges will be made. Freight charges for returned goods are customer’s expense.
CLAIMS (for damaged material)
Claims for damaged goods will not be accepted when shipped ‘’ collect ‘’, the claim must be made to the freight company. All other claims must be made within 7 days following reception of merchandise. No claims will be accepted after this date. To be eligible for a credit, a copy of the freight bill signed by the delivery driver showing the damages or missing items must accompany the claim.
On the orders of 1$ to 99$, 10$ handling charge will be added.
The freight tariffs are calculated according to the weight or the number of skids depending on delivery area.
