Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are F.O.B. Montreal.

Return Policy: All merchandise is sold on a non-return basis, except for shipping errors and damaged items, which will be replaced (not credited). Any return of defective merchandise or shipping error must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a 25% handling fee. Returned material must be clean, in good condition and in its original packaging, otherwise additional charges will apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Claims: No damage claims will be accepted for products shipped "collect" — claims must be addressed to your shipping company. All other claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. After this period, no claims will be accepted. To be eligible for a credit, a copy of the bill of lading signed by the carrier showing damages or missing items must accompany your claim.
